Olivia - Green Book Cover with Granny Squares

Introducing Olivia, my fresh and lovely green and white book cover! That colour combination is just so clean and beautiful — it works gorgeously on classic fiction (I photographed her with Emma, and I think it suits her perfectly!), but honestly, she’d look just as wonderful on a thriller, a cosy mystery, or anything else you’re working through.

Olivia is crocheted by hand using 100% acrylic Women’s Institute yarn, which makes her completely vegan-friendly and beautifully colourfast. She fits a standard paperback (16cm x 23cm), slips on and off easily, and holds her shape really well with regular use. The fit took me a while to get just right, and I’m genuinely so pleased with how she sits.
