I’m a one-person handmade shop, so I read and reply to every single message myself, and I genuinely enjoy hearing from people who love handmade things as much as I do.

How it Works
Getting a commission made is really straightforward. Just send me a message using the form above and tell me what you have in mind, the more detail the better, but don’t worry if you’re not sure exactly what you want yet. I’ll come back to you with any questions, a quote, and an idea of how long it’ll take. Once we’ve agreed the details, I’ll get started and keep you updated as it comes together.
A few things worth knowing about commissions: I use 100% acrylic Women’s Institute yarn for all my pieces, which means the colour options are whatever’s available in that range — I’ll always let you know what’s possible. Commission timescales vary depending on complexity and how busy I am, so if you’re working to a deadline please mention it and I’ll be upfront about whether I can meet it. Commissions are priced individually depending on what’s involved, but I always agree the price before I start. Payments are taken through the shop via gift card or invoice — I’ll walk you through it when we confirm the order.

How long does a commission take?
It depends on what you’d like made and how busy I am at the time, but most commissions take between one and two weeks from when we agree the details. If you’re working to a specific date, just let me know and I’ll be honest about whether it’s doable!
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes! I’m based in the UK but I’m happy to ship internationally. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or included in your commission quote. Just mention where you’re based when you get in touch.
Can I choose the colours for my commission?
Absolutely — that’s one of the best things about commissioning! I’ll let you know what colours are available in the Women’s Institute yarn range, and we’ll find something you love.

Is the yarn vegan?

Possibly! Send me a message and describe what you have in mind — I’ll let you know if it’s something I can do. I’m always open to new ideas and I love a creative challenge.
How do I pay for a commission?
Once we’ve agreed the details I’ll send you a payment link through the shop. Everything is confirmed and agreed before I start making, so there are no surprises.
