Charlotte - Purple Book Cover with White Hearts

Introducing Charlotte, my romantic heart square book cover! She’s one of those pieces I’m really proud of. The pattern is built from individual heart squares that are crocheted and joined together, and the finished texture has such a beautiful depth to it. She’s absolutely made for romance readers, and I love her for that.

Charlotte is crocheted entirely by hand using 100% acrylic Women’s Institute yarn, which makes her completely vegan-friendly and wonderfully wash-friendly too. She fits a standard paperback (16cm x 23cm), slips on and off really easily without stretching, and protects the cover properly rather than just sitting loosely around it. I worked hard on getting that fit just right, and it really shows.
