Celia - Coaster Set in Fox Red & Cream (Set of 4)

Introducing Celia, my gorgeous fox red and cream coaster set! Four handmade crochet coasters that protect your surfaces and look absolutely lovely doing it. The floral pattern is crocheted in the round, and the colours are inverted on alternating coasters, so the set has a really sweet variation to it without looking mismatched, and it’s one of those little design details that I’m really pleased with.

I make these using 100% acrylic Women’s Institute yarn, which makes them completely vegan-friendly and wonderfully wash-friendly too. At approximately 9cm across, they sit perfectly under a standard mug, and the crochet structure actually absorbs condensation rather than just pushing it aside, so they’re as practical as they are pretty! They’re also considerably more interesting than cork ones, which matters when they’re sitting out on your table all day.
